Manage and supervise all engineering and construction copper, fiber and data room infrastructure for OSP/ISP. Estimate costs for labor and material control budgets, schedules, and contracts.

 

Supervise multiple projects and work force. Up to date knowledge of communication standards for both OSP/ISP as well as voice and data systems. To include Inspection and Commissioning of complete systems. QA/QC/Aramco and US Army Standards. (GTE, RCDD and SYSTIMAX Systems)

WORK HISTORY

 

May 2008- April 2011; Verizon/Frontier Communications Northwest Company Hallslake, WA State. Project Manager for Fiber Build. Fiber to the premise. Cell Site Project Manager worked with all cell site providers. Providing fiber cable and expertise to vendors at cell site locations.

 

April 2006 to April 2008; Information Technology, Global Analytical Information Technology Systems; US Army Yakima WA 5^th Signal QA/QC Inspector Outside/Inside Plant Inspector for all communications projects. Engineering Quality control Supervisor.

October 2004 to April 2006; Information Technology, Global Analytical Information Technology Systems. US Army  Mannheim, Germany

Assigned to 5th Signal Command, Manheim, Germany to provide Outside Plant Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) to the Army Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program [BMP], and to other funded sites.

Projects include underground (manhole and duct), and direct buried outside and inside plant cable, both copper and fiber, multiplexing equipment, and local area networks.

Conduct site surveys on network cabling design systems at funded sites. Identify current IT cabling infrastructure and assist in developing drawings in support of redesign efforts.

January 2000 to August 2004; Sr. Project Engineer Contractor Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia, Contract Administration and Commissioning of local and long haul fiber and copper systems, which included all data room infrastructure and Scada RTU support.

 

February 1999 to October 1999; Inspector Contractor Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia.

Set up inspection procedures and contract procurement for all OSP/ISP and Data Communications, for new gas plants.

 

September 1980 to December 1998; SR Project Engineer , Engineer, Maintenance/Installation Supervisor, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia.

SR Project Engineer Responsible for all engineering and construction for new communications

projects both OSP and ISP to include all data rooms and switching equipment.

Responsible for all communications Engineering and Construction. Station base of one hundred and fifty thousand. Forty two direct report employees and twenty two contract employees.
